Submit a virtual poster presentation proposal for the 2023 Federal Depository Library Conference.
Showcase your FDLP activities, services, or resources by displaying a virtual poster in our poster gallery. Presenters will create a PDF or image file (.png preferred) and submit a short paragraph description of the poster for attendees to browse. Poster presenters also have the option to create and submit a short video, along with a recording transcript, to accompany the poster. This is not a requirement to participate.
The deadline for poster proposals is
Friday, September 1, 2023. All poster content must be submitted by
Friday, September 29, 2023 to guarantee inclusion in the online gallery.
Posters are ideal for highlighting information about an FDLP-related activity, service, or resource at your library. They offer an opportunity for conference attendees to quickly and easily become acquainted with your topic.
For questions, please contact Federal Depository Support Services through askGPO, subcategory: Other depository library question or issue.
Files of poster content submitted should be less than 5 MB, and the resolution should be no more than 300 DPI.
Recommended:
- 700 pixels wide for vertical format (resize proportional)
- 900 pixels wide for horizontal format (resize proportional)
- 72 DPI
